Returns Policy

JewelsnGems aims to fully satisfy our clients, in the unlikely event you are not happy with your product we will accept the item back for a full refund or exchange within 14 DAYS of receipt . We will NOT exchange nor refund after this period under any circumstance.

PLEASE NOTE : Refund or Exchange applies to STOCK products ONLY .  Stock products are NOT customised or ORDERED in for yourself  –  Please be aware that any products listed to be made, or to be received within a certain period (as shown under most products) are CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS.

Custom orders include any design made to your specification, any additional pieces added to an existing design, any stone change or colour change orders, any design ordered especially for you, any item ordered in for you.

*JewelsnGems is NOT liable for any shipping or handling charges for returns or exchanges regardless of the circumstance. Clients are liable all charges for shipping.

We accept returns if damaged. All damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of reciept. Please email us with photographic evidence of damage. We will then endeavour to replace your item or give you a full refund.  All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the client. JewelsnGems are not accountable for return shipping charges, but will ship DAMAGED exchanges back free of charge.
